If you send us a valid, written Counter Notification meeting the requirements described above, we will restore your removed or disabled material after 10 business days but no later than 14 business days from the date we receive your Counter Notification, unless our Designated Agent first receives notice from the party filing the original Notification of Alleged Copyright Infringement informing us that such party has filed a court action to restrain you from engaging in infringing activity related to the material in question.

If for any reason, an item in our current fashion jewelry line does not meet your full expectations, just return it in new condition with proof of purchase within 30 days for a refund minus any shipping and handling costs.  After 30 days, or without proof of purchase, items in our current fashion jewelry line that are in new condition are eligible for exchange only.

Important information

1. Return Authorization number is required on all returns.  Contact Customer Care Operators.
2. Returned devices that are damaged or opened may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
3. Please send all items you wish to return in the same shipment to ensure your refund is processed as quickly as possible.
4. Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.
